Windows 10 Upgrade Error 0x80070057

While trying to upgrade to the Windows Anniversary Edition I got error 0x80070057, so I Googled it and found that the most helpful advice came from Microsoft. According to Microsoft, the problem is that it has a problem finding my WiFi so they had me turn off my WiFi once the install file was being verified, then turn it on again when the actual install (NOT the verification) gets stuck on 2℅ for 60 seconds.

Here’s the link with the information: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-update/anniversary-edition-update-fails-error-code/b6708634-32f0-44af-af95-3e21e3e46a3a

That didn’t work, so I plugged my laptop into my router (actually, an extender) via a network cable and tried again. This worked!
